Welcome to Statewide Warranty (“Statewide Warranty,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set forth the rules governing your access to and use of our website, services, quote request tools, and electronic communications, including https://www.statewidewarranty.com/ (the “Site”).

By visiting or using the Site, you acknowledge and accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, you should not access or use the Site.

1. About Statewide Warranty

Statewide Warranty promotes and sells Vehicle Service Contracts (VSCs), which are also commonly referred to as extended warranties.

These products are not manufacturer warranties. Coverage is provided and administered by independent third-party administrators in accordance with the written agreement issued to you when you purchase coverage.

We do not market or provide services to residents of:

• California

• Alaska

• Washington State

2. Agreement to These Terms

By doing any of the following:

• accessing this Site

• requesting a quote

• signing up for text alerts

• calling our business

• using any tools, features, or services we make available

you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time, and any changes will become effective once posted on the Site.

3. Eligibility Requirements

In order to use this Site, you represent that you:

• are at least 18 years of age

• reside in the United States

• will use the Site only in compliance with applicable law

• will submit truthful and accurate information

4. Ownership of Site Materials

All content and materials available on the Site, including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, images, icons, software, calculators, layout, and design elements, are owned by Statewide Warranty or used under license.

5. Quotes, Rates, and Coverage Descriptions

Any quote, pricing estimate, or coverage summary displayed online is provided for general informational purposes only.

Final pricing, contract terms, and eligibility for coverage may vary based on factors such as:

• the age of the vehicle

• mileage

• overall condition

• approval by the administrator

• the specific contract provisions

The only document that controls the actual coverage provided is the written Vehicle Service Contract issued by the applicable administrator.

Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as a guarantee of:

• eligibility

• approval

• specific pricing

• repair results

• availability of a particular plan

6. Content You Submit to Us

If you provide us with any materials or content, including but not limited to photos, testimonials, messages, or reviews, you represent and agree that:

• you have the legal right to provide that content

• the content is lawful and suitable

• the content does not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party

By submitting such materials, you grant Statewide Warranty a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and publish that content for advertising, promotional, or marketing purposes.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree that you will not:

• submit inaccurate, false, or deceptive information

• use the Site for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes

• interfere with, damage, or undermine the security or functionality of the Site

• upload malware, viruses, malicious code, or harmful files

• harass, threaten, or mistreat our employees, representatives, or other users

Any violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your access, and may also lead to legal action where appropriate.

Statewide Warranty:

• does not own or control third-party websites or content

• does not guarantee or endorse third-party services

• is not responsible for external privacy practices, policies, or issues

If you provide your telephone number to us, you agree that we may contact you by:

• phone call

• SMS or MMS text message

• prerecorded message

• automated dialing technology

• promotional or informational communication

Standard message and data charges may apply.

Your consent to receive communications is not a condition of obtaining a quote or purchasing a Vehicle Service Contract.

You may revoke your consent and opt out at any time by calling us.

10. No Warranties

The Site is made available on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

Statewide Warranty makes no representation or warranty that:

• the Site will operate without errors

• calculators, quote tools, or other features will be accurate

• access to the Site will be continuous or uninterrupted

• Site content will always be complete, accurate, or up to date

To the fullest extent allowed by law, all express and implied warranties are disclaimed.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Statewide Warranty will not be responsible for any:

• indirect damages

• incidental damages

• consequential damages

• lost profits

• loss of data

• service outages

• errors, omissions, or inaccuracies on the Site

If the law does not allow a full exclusion of liability, then our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed $100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Statewide Warranty from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to:

• your use of the Site

• your breach of these Terms

• your misuse of any Site content, information, or tools

• your dealings with third-party administrators

13. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, communications, or any services offered by Statewide Warranty shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, and not in court.

• Location: Wilmington, Delaware

• Administrator: American Arbitration Association (AAA)

• Rules: AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules

Both you and Statewide Warranty waive the right to participate in any class action, mass action, or jury trial.

All claims must be brought only on an individual basis.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New Jersey, without applying any conflict of laws principles.

15. Suspension or Termination

We may, in our sole discretion, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Site for reasons including, but not limited to:

• violations of these Terms

• suspicious or fraudulent conduct

• misuse of our services

• security-related concerns

16. Severability

If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and Statewide Warranty concerning your use of the Site.
