1. About Statewide Warranty
Statewide Warranty promotes and sells Vehicle Service Contracts (VSCs), which are also commonly referred to as extended warranties.
These products are not manufacturer warranties. Coverage is provided and administered by independent third-party administrators in accordance with the written agreement issued to you when you purchase coverage.
We do not market or provide services to residents of:

2. Agreement to These Terms
By doing any of the following:

requesting a quote

calling our business

using any tools, features, or services we make available
you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time, and any changes will become effective once posted on the Site.

Final pricing, contract terms, and eligibility for coverage may vary based on factors such as:

The only document that controls the actual coverage provided is the written Vehicle Service Contract issued by the applicable administrator.

6. Content You Submit to Us
If you provide us with any materials or content, including but not limited to photos, testimonials, messages, or reviews, you represent and agree that:

15. Suspension or Termination
We may, in our sole discretion, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Site for reasons including, but not limited to:

16. Severability
